2025 Pasture Raised 1/2 Hog

Raised on pasture 100% of the time.

 

We use NO hormones, antibiotics, vaccines or medications.

 

Payment is for your reservation only. Please read fully before placing your order (this deposit goes towards the total)

 

This is an order for 1/2 a hog in late December 2025. This is approximately 60lbs of pork.

 

USDA regulations only allow us to sell from live weight. The price is $2.30/lb liveweight (approx 150-175lbs per half) - take home weight will be approximately 60-75bs of pork from this.

Your payment will be due when you pick up your pork from the processor, we will send an invoice when the processor has sent us the weight. You will also pay the processor fees to our processor in Seymour, it is around $130 per half hog.

Price will be approximately $345-$400 due to Keephills farm ($2.30/lb liveweight), and approximately $130 due to the processor. (This mostly depends on how much you have smoked and cured)

Pick up of meat will be approximately 2 weeks after we drop off, to allow for curing and smoking. We will keep you updated when the processor informs us.

Cut sheets will be sent roughly a week before drop off.
